This Böker Pure CPM five-piece knife set was designed by Danish knife maker Jens Ansø. He is mostly known in the pocket knife world, but has now also started focusing on top-quality kitchen knives in cooperation with Böker. For this knife the Dane became inspired by the functional and modern Bauhaus style. This style represents simplicity, minimalism and ease of use. That is also why Böker called this collection ‘Pure’.
